The New CMR top releases for 2014

Since it's already I thought it's not too soon to start thinking about our favourite Christian Hard Rock and Metal releases of 2014 thus far. I haven't quite figured my list yet. But I'd love to hear all yours. At the end of the year I'll compile all your faves and we will feature the top 20 or so on an episode of The Anvil in 2015!

The Autumn League - Concept Of Irony
Pantokrator - Incarnate
Sabbatariam - From Abandonment To Salvation
Stryper - No More Hell To Pay
Adorned In Ash - The Dead Walk Among Us

Now while that is only a few those are competing for my top spot so far this year.  I will have at least a top 5 if not a top 10 to be released in January

Come to think of it, I haven't bought anything this year other than No More Hell To Pay. That's it. Christian Music I bought this year wasn't released this year unless you count the Ultimatum & Deliverance vinyl reissues.

The rest of the music I have bought are vinyl records none of it Christian and 90% of them used (either bought or given to me). So I have really spent the last year looking for albums that were released ages ago.

Still one more new released coming Nov 1, the new SAINT. Really looking forward to that one but still that would only give me 2 new Christian releases for 2014.

A work in progress for me but Birth Pangs by Barren Cross will be on that list and I suspect the new Saint CD will be on it too
